I took a rest from jogging for 3 months while I did the popular exercise program known as P90X. I heard many my friends talking about it and I decided to hop on the proverbial band wagon and give it a try. For those who have never heard about p90x, it can be an intense home fitness program that includes weightlifting, cardiovascular training, and stretches. It’s seriously for people in reasonable shape, although anyone could do it if they genuinely set their mind to it. The p90x plan also included plyometric (or jump exercises) training, kick-boxing, and abdominal work.
